BOOKING POLICIES

At Nacre Nails, our mission is to deliver exceptional service to every client who steps through our doors. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all, we’ve established the following policies. These guidelines are designed to optimize your visit and maintain the quality and efficiency of our operations.

Tardiness

We understand that unexpected delays, such as traffic or parking challenges, can occur. As such, we provide a 15-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. If you anticipate arriving more than 15 minutes late, please contact us at 778-917-5222 to confirm whether we can still accommodate your full service. Late arrivals beyond this window may disrupt our schedule and affect other clients’ commitments. Consequently, we reserve the right to decline partial or complete services if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointed time.

Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice by calling or texting 778-917-5222. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another client on our waitlist. While we recognize that emergencies can arise, preventing timely notification, please note that repeated cancellations without adequate notice may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation may incur a $10 service fee, and a non-refundable deposit will be required for your next booking. Additionally, any recurring or future appointments will be canceled in the event of a no-call/no-show. To reinstate or reschedule, please contact the salon within 24 hours of the missed appointment.

Health and Safety

Your well-being, and that of our clients, is paramount. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment by calling us. This helps protect our community, including children and immunocompromised individuals, from potential illness. Furthermore, we cannot provide services if you have a contagious condition (e.g., fungal infections or warts) on your hands or feet without written physician approval. Services will also be declined if open or infected wounds are present. If you suspect a condition that may affect your eligibility for treatment, please inform us prior to your appointment so we can advise you on safe and legal options.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are displeased with your service, please notify us before completing payment. We will gladly adjust your nails to meet your expectations or remove any enhancements or coatings applied. Please note that no cash refunds will be issued once you have left the salon.

Service Guarantee

Nail enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for seven business days following your appointment, excluding damage due to breakage. If you experience chipping, lifting, or loss of an enhancement within this period, contact us to arrange a complimentary repair. Repairs beyond five days—or for breakages, tears, or corner damage—are priced at $5 per nail. To maintain your nails’ longevity, we recommend treating them with care, as they are delicate enhancements, not tools.

Booking with Preferred Staff

Online bookings are assigned based on availability and do not guarantee a specific technician. If you prefer to work with a staff member you’ve seen before, please call 778-917-5222 to schedule directly with them.

Surveillance

For the safety and security of our clients and staff, our premises are equipped with digital video surveillance.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, which allow us to maintain the exceptional standards you expect from Nacre Nails.
